3 Shu Pie
The 3 Shu Pie is the Horseshoes signature dish. Invented by Eileen the 'Shu' is a measurement, splitting the pie into thirds. The first third is made up of mouthwatering cauliflower/broccoli cheese nestled against the next third of creamy mash and mixed vegetables. The last third is a delicious filling of your choice and the whole pie is covered by a piping hot puff pastry top. The pie can be ordered in a regular or large side and fillings include*:
